Once a Week

Once a week I measure myself and I weigh myself. The reason I only do this once a week is because:

1. Weight always fluctuates within a day.

2. Then I'm not obsessed with weight - weighing everyday is hard on the mental attitude - to see that weight fluctuation can be disturbing.

3. Then I have something to look forward to at the end of the week - something to strive towards. In a way getting to see those results at the end of the week is a driving force to make sure I do my exercise every night.

4. I get greater satisfaction at the end of the week because the measurements and weight loss achieved are dramatic results that are really exciting for me to see!
