1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsps soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cups raisins - optional
1 cup Nabiscco 100% bran
2 cups Kellogg All Bran
1 cup boiling water
Combine all ingredients as listed in large bowl.
Mix well.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 425 degrees
for 15 minutes
Batter will keep six weeks in refrigerator.
